We have internalised these four phases of finding ideas:
Investigation: Analysis, research and a highly transparent objective are part of this. The usual trodden paths of thinking take a backseat.
Incubation: Ideas need time to mature. And we need to give them that time.
Illumination: Ideas happen independently from time and space. Illumination does not follow rules.
Illustration: This is where ideas are put to the test. Does it follow the objective?
If this test is passed, the idea is ready fort he next Step: realisation.
